課程概述

從統計學基本的定義與描述著手，學習機率與基本的統計分布，繼而了解隨機抽樣在統計方法上的使用。講授應用於試驗研究或調查所需之統計學基本學理，包括記述統計學與推論統計學兩大部分。
在假說檢定上，從一個族群平均起始，到兩個族群平均值的比較，類別數據的分析，直線迴歸與複迴歸，最後進入單元與二元變方分析。講解時特別著重統計計算式之特性與用意，並配合實際應用範例說明，期能化繁為簡，避免死背公式。為加強同學學習效果與印象，學期中安排撰寫作業，其成績亦納入學期總成績中。

課程目標

訓練學生了解及實際應用基本之統計方法，提供相關統計數據分析範例，使學生能夠活用基本之統計與其相關推論。

課程要求

上課出席、專心聽講、盡量提問與回答問題、作業準時繳交且不抄襲
